I have bought and sold many fantastic guitars and amplifiers, but I currently only own a handful.

Scroll down and have a look at what I own at the moment
Early 1970’s Selmer Treble n Bass Head
Another great old amp from back in the day and another one kept up and running and good for many more years yet. There are a few different models of this amp, but this is the ‘RSV’ model which features a built-in Reverb.
This amp featured in the BBC’s documentary called ‘This Town’ which is a story about the music scene in the West Midlands during the seventies. It can be seen from episode 6 onwards.

Early 70’s Sound City 50 Watt PA Head
I just love this old gear. Although in theaory a PA head. its sounds great as a guitar amp.
I just love keeping these old amps up and running.
Its just had a service and is now good for another 50 years.

1974 Marshall Artiste 50 Watt
This is a very nice 1974 Marshall Artiste 50 watt 2×12 combo in great original condition. I’ve had a few Artistes and I love them. I believe they were made to compete with the Fender Bassman at the time. Jim Marshall once said that they were one of his least favourite Marshall amps.
But I think they sound great and they are great with pedals.

1974 Marshall Lead and Bass 50 Watt
This is a very nice 1974 Marshall 50 watt Lead and Bass head in great original condition.
This has the PCB but it really does sound fantastic. If you want raw Marshall tone then this is it.
I jump the channels and it is out and out ACDC tone.
A fantastic amp which I am very happy with, so this one is ‘probably’ a keeper for me.

Marshall JCM900 4×12 Speaker Cab. Chequerboard Grillcloth.
The head above played through this cab is a dream.

Gibson ES335 – 2015 in Sixties Cherry Red Stunning
Well its obvious that I have a passion for an ES335. This is yet another one in my collection. Its a 2015 with a lovely cherry red top with a slight bit of flame showing through.

Gibson ES335 – 2005 in Sixties Cherry Red Stunning Flametop
Just added this beauty to my collection. A lovely Gibson ‘Memphis’ ES335 with a stunning flamed top in cherry red.
The photos don’t do the flame justice. Plays lovely and sounds just awesome.

Gibson ES335 from 1988 in Sixties Cherry Red
A fantastic Gibson ES335. Seriously cool looking inits sixties cherry red. Tons of mojo and a great sounding guitar. Now considered a vintage guitar.

Fabulous 2013 Gibson ES335 in Sunburst
Another absolutely stunning Gibson ES335. I have had loads of 335’s but this one not only looks great but is also a stunning guitar to hold and play. Probably one of the best 335’s I’ve owned.

Gibson Custom Shop ES-335 – 2018
An immaculate Gibson ES-335 in deep cherry red from the Gibson Memphis Custom Shop. One of the last ones made before the shop closed. Not a mark on it and it sounds awesome.

Marshall JCM 800 2 x 12 All Valve Combo
Mid 1980’s Marshall combo. These old Marshalls deliver the sound you have in your head.

Fender ‘Style’ Stratocaster 1962 – Fiesta Red
This is a wonderful guitar and in my opinion is much better than many of the custom shop guitars being produced by Fender today.
Its is made from Fender parts collected over many years and most of the hardware is genuine 1962 parts.
It was originally built by a well known guitar builder and was destined for a famous player.
It has all the class and mojo you’d expect. Its been round a few pubs and clubs in its day and probably has a story or two to tell. The pickups sound awesome, but unfortunately they’re not 1962 originals. Wouldn’t that have been nice!!! They are in fact Fender custom shop reissue pickups but they really suit this guitar.
The finish just has ‘that’ look. Fender call it ‘road worn’ and they’ll would charge an extra couple of grand for it. Well this one has aged naturally with use. Perfect!!!

Gibson Les Paul Custom, Cherry Red – 1974
I have a passion for ‘customs’ and this one is no exception. I went out looking for a guitar one day and had a picture in my mind of what I wanted. When the dealer opened up the case on this one, I had to have it. This was exactly what I was looking for. This is a well used and road worn players guitar

Fender Concert All Valve Combo – Mid 80’s
Well you can’t have an amp collection and not have a Fender amp in it. This is a great sounding all valve combo with a 1×12” speaker. These amps were made under the design of Paul Rivera. The Concert II range were only made between 1982 and 1987, which is thought to be one of Fenders best period’s of amp design and manufacture

Gibson Les Paul Standard – 1989
Just a really nice playing and looking Les Paul Standard. It does have quite powerful pickups which sustain forever. This is a good all round working guitar and is my go to guitar. A real workhorse that never lets me down

Takamine F-310s (00-28) – 1974 ‘Lawsuit’ Guitar
This is a vintage mid 1970’s Takamine F-310s. Its quite clearly a Japanese copy of a Martin D28. Solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, rosewood fretboard and bridge. This guitar has a rich full bodied sound with a very deep bass response for a guitar this size. This beauty was made in 1974 one full year before Takamine starting importing guitars to the USA

Family Treasure – John Lennon Style Acoustic
Here is a very rare guitar indeed. This guitar has been in our family for around 65 years. We had all totally forgotten about the guitars existence, but we re-discovered it in the roof space during a recent house move. Apparently John Lennon owned a similar guitar to this one. This belonged to my late brother and he cherished it. Later he let me use it and all the knocks and scrapes were done by me as a kid.
